This project aims to improve the user experience of Harmony OS, focusing on the privacy authorization process. As concerns about data security grow, simplifying and streamlining the process has become essential. We analyzed the existing workflow, reduced complexity, improved transparency, and ensured privacy compliance. As a UX designer, I worked closely with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and design goals. I led user research, refined prototypes, and iterated based on feedback, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Our efforts resulted in improved user satisfaction, greater trust in the product, and an overall better user experience.
